With more than 190 branches and over 17,000 local employees – including the more than 3,300 veterans hired in Texas since 2014 – JPMorgan Chase is one of the area’s largest employers. Our long-time commitment to DFW is strong thanks to our work with local government, businesses, non-profit groups and educational institutions. Alongside our local partners, we are helping to provide Texans greater access to the resources they need to strengthen their economic futures. We have committed $10 million to local workforce training, plus millions more for small businesses support and community revitalization. A Vital Need is Met in Dallas-Fort Worth

Diana Martinez started HD Waste & Recycling in 2009 with two used trucks and six containers—and a cash-only operating model. After speaking with a JPMorgan Chase banker, she became a client and secured a loan to expand her fleet. Today, Martinez’s company is helping create cleaner communities across the region.

Bridging the Workforce Gap

JPMorgan Chase supports the Tarrant To & Through (T3) Partnership, which helps students explore career opportunities and develop job skills. To date, JPMorgan Chase has invested over $3 million in the organization to close the workforce gap by helping students earn credentials to qualify for in-demand careers.

"Dallas-Fort Worth is thriving, and our company is growing right along with it. Twenty years ago, JPMorgan Chase had 4,000 employees in DFW. Now we have over 16,000. We have 3,000 technologists alone, and we’re still hiring. And what are all these people doing, you might ask? Our job is to make our customers’ lives better, and in doing so, make DFW better. It’s that simple."

- Elaine Agather, Dallas Chairman of JPMorgan Chase & Co.
